Reserve a small meeting room

The Ruth Robb Price Conference Room is available to reserve during the library’s operating hours (9-6 weekdays and 9-3 Saturdays).  Rental is free with a $15 fee applied only for bringing light refreshments.  Groups must convene and vacate the room at least five minutes before closing to allow staff to secure the area. 

 Each room holds up to 12 people. Eligible activities include small group meetings, book clubs, and small group training sessions. For-profit activities–including but not limited to presentations designed to promote the purchase of products or services are not allowed.
