$500 Wal-Mart Grant provides Chromebooks to loan for Full Access Cardholders
In an effort to meet information access needs for our community, Maryville Public Library now provides 3-week loans of Chromebooks and some electronic accessories. Eligible Chromebook borrowers include Full Access cardholders 17 and up, who are in good standing and have held a library card for at least 30 days. The 30 day requirement may be replaced with a $40 refundable deposit or EBT card for Nodaway County residents. A state-issued photo ID is also required for checkout, along with a signed borrower’s agreement. This project was made possible in part by a $500 grant through our local Wal-Mart Community Grant program.

Other electronic resources available for checkout by MPL cardholders:
Charging cords/Multiple Charger Adapter for cell phones and tablets.
Mobile hotspots: 21-day checkout, Full Access card and $40 refundable deposit (or EBT card) required.
Portable USB Floppy Disk Drive/Reader for PC, Laptop, Windows 11/10. Available to all library card types. No deposit required.
External DVD/CD Drive for Laptop, PCs, Macs, Windows 11/10/8/1/7.
