The Maryville Public Library in Maryville, Missouri is seeking bids from qualified firms for the fabrication and installation of vented low-profile tempered glass storm window coverings for seven wood 1912 arched façade windows, five large square windows, and two small square windows on its property at 509 North Main Street. (See attachment A: Photos). The goals of this project are to protect and enhance recently restored and replicated windows that serve as an architecturally significant feature of this 1912 former post office building listed on the National Register of Historical Places, and to maintain an economically sustainable facility, safe for public use.
